NEW PUBLICATION AIMING TO BE WHAT TRAVELERS WANT IS DISTRIBUTED IN JOHOR

Johor Bahru, January 20, 2008 - Visitors coming into the country from Singapore via the causeway today were given copies of the inaugural issue of Johor Times, the latest publication to hit the southern gateway state of Johor.

Visitors from across the causeway were handed the 16-page tabloid by State Tourism & Environment Chairman Freddie Long and Mediate Communications Sdn Bhd Managing Director Datuk Gary Thanasan.

The publication, the official newsletter of the Johor Tourism Action Council, is packed to the brim with information about the state’s many exciting tourist destinations as well as the latest happenings in the state. The newsletter is filled with articles about the latest developments in the state as well as information on where to go, what to see and what to
do while in the state.
